Announcement: Free Live webcast of His Holiness The Dalai Lama's public address

Join us for a free, live webcast of a public address by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibetan cultural performances on Wednesday, October 17.

ICT is hosting this free webcast of the Congressional Gold Medal ceremony followed by a public program on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol featuring the Dalai Lama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Richard Gere, and Tibetan cultural performers.


The webcast begins at 11:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, October 17th and will broadcast the following events live until approximately 4:00 p.m EDT:

* 11:00 a.m. EDT: Tibetan cultural performances begin
* 1:00 p.m. EDT: Congressional Gold Medal ceremony from the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol
* 2:00 p.m. EDT: Cultural program resumes
* 2:30 p.m. EDT: Public address by the Dalai Lama
